Located conveniently in downtown Salt Lake City, this new building sits on the southeast corner of 100 South and 200 East. The building was designed to service Class-A office tenants and consists of a granite and glass exterior with a steel frame and concrete construction. This property includes a plaza area with trees and other landscaping. Hunt Electric provided electrical installation for the core and shell of the building. Unique features include a 500kW generator, fire alarm system and facade lighting.
